Rain Resistant Battery Box Details
If you're putting our products outside in the elements, you'll need to protect your batteries from the rain and from the sun. Our rain resistant battery boxes are designed to hold and protect 6V or 9V AA battery holders in 2x2 or 2x3 Configurations.
Easily Mountable
We've put a lot of thought into the enclosure design to make it easy to deploy, and attractive. There are two winged flanges with screw holes, which allow you to mount it to any appropriate surface. Use double sided tape for other surfaces.
Rain Resistant and Rugged
These rugged boxes will protect your batteries from both the rain and sun, and are 3D printed with bio-degradable PLA. If you have a 3D printer, you can just download the STL files print out the boxes your self. (We wont be offended if you do this!)
Breathing Material Prevents Acid Vapor Build Up
Never put batteries in an air tight box, because they will off-gas acid vapor and corrode. Our boxes prevent acid build up with venting holes on the bottom, and use a breathable material.
