Shipping Policy

We want you to recieve your order quickly, economically, and reliably.

We normally keep all products that we sell in stock, and they normally ship within 24 hours. Custom orders or larger orders may take a couple days longer to ship.

Online orders within the USA are normally shipped using USPS priority for orders that weight greater than 1LB, and USPS first class for orders under that amount.

International orders are normally shipped using USPS priority to Canada, Mexico, Australia,Norway,Netherlands and New Zealand, whereas other countries are shipped via UPS.

The end recipient is responsible for all duties, taxes and customs fees.

If packages are returned to us because the recipient has not paid taxes, or has failed to retrieve the package from the currier, or has not been responsive to the carrier's communications, the customer is responsible for any costs associated with resending the package.

Customers pay shipping costs of returns, and should choose the most economical method, prioritizing cost over speed.

When we send replacement items, they are shipped with the most economical method at our discretion.
